The Houma Restoration District Commission (HRDC) is dedicated to restoring and preserving the character of the district, providing opportunities for cultural events, and encouraging economic development. The HRDC is here to assist existing businesses and encourage future investments in Houma, Louisiana.

Grants, Incentives and Loans within the HRD
The Houma Restoration District was created by the Louisiana State Legislature. The Board of Commissioners meet on the first Tuesday of the month, except where noted. Meetings are held at the Terrebonne Parish Government Tower on 8026 Main Street, Houma, LA 70360. The meetings are open to the public.
